View Invoices Online
When you are logged into the website, go to the 'My Account' section and click on 'Recent Invoices' to view, save or print any of your old invoices from the last 12 months. You can even order all or part of the same order again from this section!

Web Order History
To view all of your previous web orders (since 2010), simply login to the website and go to the 'My Account' section. Then select 'Recent Web Orders'. You can even choose to create the same items again in just a few clicks!

View Back Orders
To check what items you have on back order, you first need to be logged in to the website. Then go to the 'My Account' section and select 'View Back Orders'. Any items that you have ordered and not yet received will be displayed along with an estimated availability time.

Create a Favourites List
You can create a list of your favourite items to make them quicker to view and order. When on the Item Details page, simply click on the 'Add to Favourites' button. To view your Favourites list at any time, just click on the 'Favourites' button on the navigation bar and you can then add some or all of the items to your Order Form.

Add Notes to Items
It is possible to add notes to any item on the website, which can then be searched for like any other keyword. This could be used for a variety of reasons such as entering a customers name who may have enquired about a certain product or products. If they were to enquire again, you can quickly do a search for their name and you will be taken straight to the item or items.

Check Stock Availability
Once you are logged into the website, it is easy to check if an item is in stock or not. Search or browse to any item and the site will immediately tell you if it is available. If you wish to order more than the minimum amount then you can check that by entering the amount you require and clicking 'Check Stock'. Your Order Form will also remind you of which items are either 'In Stock' or 'Out of Stock'. Our stock figures are updated throughout the day.

Search by Tractor Model Number
If you are looking for parts for a specific tractor, you can quickly view ALL the items we stock for that tractor by entering the model number into our search facility. Simply type in the model number and wait for the drop down box and select the Tractor Model option. If there is more than one tractor make who share the same model number then you just need to select the correct tractor make on the following screen.

Add Notes to Ordered Items
When creating an order, you can add notes to each item on your Order Form. These notes are then transferred to your despatch note and invoice to make it easy for you to remember what items your bought for which customers.

Import Large (or Small) Orders
Our website allows you to import orders from a textfile or an excel spreadsheet. The process is simple and very fast, making it convenient for you if you have another system where you create your orders. The file just needs to contain 'part number' and 'quantity'. If you want to import an excel spreadsheet, then you just need to save it as a '.csv' file first.
When logged in, go to your Order Form and click 'Import from text file'. Simply browse to the order file that you have already saved to your computer and then click 'Import'. Within seconds, your order will be in your Order Form and you will be given a summary of import results. Please check this for any anomolies.

View All Current Sparex Catalogues Online
Our Catalogue Viewer allows you to view our online versions of the Sparex catalogues and leaflets. If you want to have your own copy then you can save them to your computer or print directly from the site. All part numbers are hyperlinked within the pages so you can even add items to your Order Form directly from the catalogues pages!

Q. Which account number do I use to differentiate between stock and courier orders?
A. In general, you should use the account number followed by .1. For stock orders and the account number followed by .9 for courier orders. If in doubt, please check.
